Cooking Matters participants will learn how to prepare healthier recipes for participants and their families. Each week attendees will receive free grocery items to prepare the recipes at home, along with a free workbook full of tasty recipes and simple tips on buying healthy, low-cost foods. These workshops will be held once a week for six weeks, beginning Tuesday, April 2, and will run from 10 am - noon at the CLM Food Pantry, 213 East Maple Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
